Zingy, with a kick of spice, this easy-to-make Buffalo sauce uses red enchilada sauce instead of hot sauce to create an intensely flavored sauce that tastes great on chicken, wings and nachos.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Old El Paso™ Red Enchilada Sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt

Steps

    Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 30 seconds. Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving.
