Zingy, with a kick of spice, this easy-to-make Buffalo sauce uses red enchilada sauce instead of hot sauce to create an intensely flavored sauce that tastes great on chicken, wings and nachos.

Ingredients

can Old El Paso™ Red Enchilada Sauce
1/4
cup butter
2 1/2
tablespoons white vinegar

tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

teaspoons garlic powder

teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2
teaspoon celery salt

Directions

  • 1 Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 30 seconds. Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Tips  

For a spicier sauce, double the cayenne.
