  • Father’s Day is in just a few days. You’re probably one of those people that put off getting Daddio a present until today and are now scouring the internet for any sort of manly gift with free overnight shipping. This is a hopeless attempt. Not that I would know, since I’m not one of those people. Heh. But if you are one of those people, then let your scouring stop here. This is a super easy and quick way to show Dad that you care this Father’s Day. Basically you just mix it all together and throw it on a pan and bake it. Voila! Chex mix! Don’t forget to wrap it up nice with some ribbons. You know dads also appreciates pretty things.
  • Don't let the hot sauce scare you, maybe Dad's not into spicy buffalo. You can Chex it up in so many other ways.

Buffalo Wing Chex™ Party Mix

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
  • 3 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
  • 2 cups rye chips
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 2 cups white cheddar cheese crackers
  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 250°F. Combine the Chex™, rye chips, peanuts, cheese crackers and pretzels in a large bowl.

    Melt the butter and mix it with the buffalo sauce.

    Pour the buffalo mixture over the Chex™ mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the ranch dressing mix.

    Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes, stirring every fifteen minutes.
