medium orange, peeled, sectioned and chopped (1/2 cup)

cup sliced strawberry

teaspoon finely chopped gingerroot or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  • 1 Mix all ingredients in 1-quart saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, just until warm. Cover and refrigerate remaining salsa.
