Ingredients

  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon, cut in half, render until crisp and drained
  • 1 lb chicken tenders (or 6)
  • 2 tablespoons from 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Hot & Spicy Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 6 slices pepperjack cheese
  • 6 teaspoons ranch dressing
  • 1 can (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Thin Crust Pizza Crust

Steps

  • 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Once you've rendered the bacon, pour off all but 1 tablespoon bacon grease.
  • 2
Season the chicken all over with the taco seasoning, then place in the hot pan to sear until browned on both sides, about 6 minutes. Remove from pan and tent to rest.
  • 3
Roll the pizza dough onto a floured work surface and slice into 6 equal rectangles. Brush about a teaspoon of ranch dressing on each dough section. Lay the cheese slices on top, followed by the bacon and cooked chicken. Roll the dough over the chicken and place each roll-up on a greased baking dish, seam-side down.
  • 4
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through and golden brown. Serve immediately.

More About This Recipe

  • Can we talk about a Ranch Chicken Club rolled up in pizza dough? Thought so. This is one of those meals that fits any occasion. No really. Hark this: Need something for a party? Bring a platter of 'em. Need something for kids? No brainer. Need something easy for the weeknight? Done. Need something a little fun and sassy for the weekend? Hi. Need a cheese fix? Boom. Need a bacon fix? Bam. Need a spicy chicken fix? Biggidy. Need a ranch fix WITHOUT CARROTS? Hello, lover. Need it all rolled into pizza dough? Holy moly. Need it now? Obviously. GOSH. It's so ridiculous. It's cheesy and chickeny and spicy and bacony. And ranchy! My spell check just changed it to "raunchy." Which ... it very well could be. Ya just gotta.
