Ranch Chicken Club Roll-Ups

Bacon, chicken, cheese and ranch all rolled up inside pizza dough. W.H.A.T.

Ingredients

4
slices thick-cut bacon, cut in half, render until crisp and drained
1
pound chicken tenders (or 6)
2
tablespoons Old El Paso™ hot & spicy taco seasoning mix
6
slices pepperjack cheese
6
teaspoons ranch dressing
1
(11 oz) tube Pillsbury™ refrigerated thin pizza crust

Directions

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • 2 Once you've rendered the bacon, pour off all but 1 tablespoon bacon grease.
  • 3 Season the chicken all over with the taco seasoning, then place in the hot pan to sear until browned on both sides, about 6 minutes. Remove from pan and tent to rest.
  • 4 Roll the pizza dough onto a floured work surface and slice into 6 equal rectangles.
  • 5 Brush about a teaspoon of ranch dressing on each dough section. Lay the cheese slices on top, followed by the bacon and cooked chicken. Roll the dough over the chicken and place each roll-up on a greased baking dish, seam-side down.
  • 6 Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through and golden brown. Serve immediately.

Need a cheese fix? Boom.

Need a bacon fix? Bam.

Need a spicy chicken fix? Biggidy.

Need a ranch fix WITHOUT CARROTS? Hello, lover.

Need it all rolled into pizza dough? Holy moly.

Need it now? Obviously.

Okay, so start by seasoning up some chicken tenders! I used Old El Paso's hot and spicy taco seasoning, but you can use any kind you want.

And of course you'll cook some bacon. Duh.

Get your chicken all seared and purty.

Then brush on a little ranch dressing over a tube of Pillsbury thin pizza crust that you've divided into little sections.

Layer with cheese (pepperjack FOR PRESIDENT), bacon and chicken! 

Roll it all up and bake.

GOSH. It's so ridiculous. It's cheesy and chickeny and spicy and bacony. And ranchy! My spell check just changed it to "raunchy." Which ... it very well could be.
