Love it! The savory and sweet combo is awesome. Everyone that ate them wanted the recipe and will definitely be making them again soon :) The only issue I had was the batter browned a little too quickly for me, and the chicken was undercooked in the center. But, I fixed that by putting the chicken fingers in the oven at 350 for 5-10 minutes after frying/browning them. They still came out tender and delicious. Delicious! Especially with a honey mustard dipping sauce. And super easy to make.
