    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 2 tbsp chopped basil
    • 1/4 cup sundried tomaotes, chopped
    • 2 cans Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
    • salt and pepper

    Directions

    1. 1Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
    2. 2Add garlic, basil and sundried tomatoes and reduce heat to low. Simmer for five minutes.
    3. 3Add the beans and toss to coat. Transfer the mixture to the bowl of a food processor.
    4. 4Pulse until well combined.
    5. 5Serve with thin slices of French bread.
