Boiled shrimp with a spicy taco cocktail sauce!

Ingredients

20
large shrimp, deveined and cleaned
1
cup ketchup
1
tablespoon horseradish
1
tablespoon Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix + some for water

Directions

  • 1 Devein shrimp if they aren't already cleaned. Cut off shells and slice down the back of the shrimp with a paring knife. Rinse out the vein in the shrimp by running it under cold water.
  • 2 Bring a medium pot of water to simmer and add a few tablespoons of taco seasoning to the water. Add shrimp to water, cover and simmer for 60 seconds.
  • 3 Kill the heat and let the shrimp continue to poach slowly for another two minutes.
  • 4 Check a shrimp to make sure are cooked through. Then drain them.
  • 5 Stir together ketchup with taco seasoning and horseradish.
  • 6 Serve five shrimp with 1/4 cup of cocktail sauce.
