Ingredients

  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes (about 2 lb)
  • 1 package (1 oz) gluten-free ranch dip mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 slices cooked gluten-free bacon, chopped (1/3 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion (1 medium)

Steps

  • 1
Cut 8-inch round of parchment paper; place in bottom of air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray.
  • 2
Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/8-inch slices, leaving about 1/4 inch of bottom intact. In small bowl, mix 5 teaspoons of the dip mix and the melted butter. Brush mixture all over potatoes and between slices. Place cut sides down in basket of air fryer.
  • 3
Set to 350°F; cook 35 minutes. Using tongs, carefully turn over. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are completely tender and tops are golden brown.
  • 4
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix sour cream and remaining (about 3 teaspoons) dip mix. Top potatoes with bacon and green onion; serve with seasoned sour cream.

Expert Tips

  • tip 1
Always read labels to make sure each recipe ingredient is gluten free. Products and ingredient sources can change.
  • tip 2
An easy way to cut potatoes without cutting through is to place a wooden spoon adjacent to potato, and cut through until knife hits spoon.
  • tip 3
Air fryer temperature control settings vary according to brand and model. If your air fryer does not have the exact temperature setting called for in the recipe, consult your manual for suggested temperature settings.
  • tip 4
Our recipes do not call for preheating your air fryer. Just set the temperature, and start. Never preheat with parchment paper alone.
