More About This Recipe

  • This salad is amazing! I hadn’t realized that fruits and salads are an outstanding combination until just a little while ago. Now I try to add a special touch every time I prepare one. This recipe can be personalized to your liking. Feel free to add another type of fruit like peaches or kiwis. You can also use caramelized pecans instead of almonds or even add little pieces of grilled chicken. Enjoy!
