More About This Recipe
  • I jokingly call this mocktail the “why bother,” but the truth is that it’s definitely worth bothering. Even without the booze, this drink is super-refreshing and definitely worth your time!

The whole thing is ready in minutes and starts with a big handful of blueberries.

Add these to a cocktail glass with a little sugar and some limes and muddle it all together really well. Take some aggression out on it!

Once everything is muddled together nicely, transfer the mixture to a big copper mug. Even without the booze, a copper mug makes sense here if you have one.

Add crushed ice, up to the top of the cup, and pour in the ginger beer.

Garnish with a lime and cheers!

If you wanted to make it alcoholic, just add 1.5 to 2 oz. of your favorite vodka.

    Either way, it’s a super-refreshing drink!

Nick thinks he would probably add vodka. SHHH! Check out his blog, Macheesmo, and follow him on his Tablespoon profile.
