The easiest nacho cheese dip ever. Easy to make and easy to eat with beer, beans, salsa, and fresh cilantro. The most requested recipe at my house on game day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chipotle chili pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 (16-ounce) package processed cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Step

    Simmer beer, cumin, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, and oregano in a medium saucepan.

    Add the beans, salsa, and cheese to the pan. Stir until combined and the cheese melts. Add the chopped cilantro.

    Transfer to a bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
