More About This Recipe

  • Cranberries and jalapenos may seem like an unusual pair given their very distinct flavors, but the heat from the jalapenos balances the tartness of the cranberries quite nicely. Add a cream cheese-sugar mixture and this dip gets slightly sweeter, but still offers a hint of spice thanks to cumin and the jalapenos. The best part about this dip (besides the 10-minute prep and need for very few ingredients) is that it can be made ahead of time, so you can have more time putting the finishing touches on your party or getting ready. Easy entertaining is our favorite kind of entertaining so we’ve got more creamy, cheesy dips where that came from.
