Double Crunch Marshmallow Brownies

Ingredients

Brownie

  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box for cakelike brownies
  • 1 bag (8 oz) Nestle™ Buncha Crunch™ candy

Frosting

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 jar (7 oz) Kraft Jet Puffed marshmallow creme
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps

    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.

    Make brownie batter as directed on box for cakelike brownies. Stir in 1 cup of the candy. Spread in pan.

    Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Transfer to cooling rack to cool completely, about 1 hour.

    In large bowl, beat softened butter and marshmallow creme with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. On low speed, beat in powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Beat in vanilla. Spread evenly over brownie. Sprinkle remaining candy over top of brownie.

    Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store in airtight container at room temperature.

Expert Tips

  • tip 1
    To easily line the bottom of the pan, tip upside down, and form foil around bottom and sides. Flip pan over, and place foil insert inside pan for a perfect fit!

    To cut brownies easily, use a plastic knife.
