Ingredients

Brownie

  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box for cakelike brownies
  • 24 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies

Filling

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate fudge sauce
  • 3 bars (1.5 oz each) Kit Kat® crisp wafers in milk chocolate, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 8 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)

    Heat oven to 325°F. Spray bottom of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.

    Make brownie batter as directed on box for cakelike brownies. Spread in pan. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool 10 minutes. Place 24 cookies in single layer 6 rows by 4 rows on baked brownie base.

    In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl frequently. Add 2 eggs, 1 at a time, beating until just blended. Beat in whipping cream and vanilla. Spread evenly over crust.

    Bake 23 to 28 minutes or until set. Cool 30 minutes on cooling rack. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until cooled completely.

    When ready to serve, in small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate fudge sauce uncovered on High 10 to 20 seconds or until thin enough to drizzle on top. Sprinkle evenly with chopped candy and cookies.

    Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

    To quickly soften cream cheese, remove from wrapper, and place on microwavable plate; microwave uncovered on High about 15 seconds or just until softened.

    To make cutting your cheesecake easier, dip a sharp straight-edge knife in warm water, and dry it each time you slice.
