Lemon, Rosemary, Garlic Marinade

This easy marinade will work for 1-1 1/2 lbs chicken or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

    Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive bowl and whisk until emulsified.

    Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days.
