Get on the ball in the morning with these snacky, high-fiber cereal bites. Combined with peanut butter, mini chocolate chips and honey, these energy balls a no-bake treat you’ll want to wake up for.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Original Fiber One™ Cereal
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.

    Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

    Roll cookie dough into 1-inch balls—the final yield should be 20 energy balls.

    Serve immediately, or transfer to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator.
