Ingredients

cup Original Fiber One™ Cereal

cup sliced almonds

cup mini chocolate chips
1/4
cup honey
1/3
cup smooth peanut butter
1/4
teaspoon vanilla extract

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.

    Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

    Roll cookie dough into 1-inch balls—the final yield should be 20 energy balls.

    Serve immediately, or transfer to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator.

  • Stored in an air-tight container, these energy balls will keep for up to a week. That means you can snack on them from Sunday to Saturday!
  • Swap out the peanut butter for almond butter for a different flavor.
  • We used original flavor Fiber One™, but any flavor of fiber cereal will do.
