- What’s the BEST part of a brownie? Yessssssss! The edges! I mean, who doesn’t fight to have the edge pieces in the pan? We certainly do! Luckily there are only four people in our family, so we each get one. I’ve got great news for you, though. I have a way for you to get an edge brownie piece EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Use mini muffin tins to get a brownie that has an edge all the way around while still having the fudgy center. Genius, right? And I’ve added marshmallows and Golden Grahams™ cereal for a s’more factor. The perfect bite on a crisp fall night that will leave you feeling warm and toasty inside. Yep, I upped my brownie game. And you’re gonna love it.
S’mores Brownie Bites

Ingredients
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooking spray
- Mini marshmallows
- Golden Grahams™ cereal
Instructions

Step1Begin by gathering your ingredients.

Step2Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions.

Step3Generously coat mini muffin tins with cooking spray. Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 full of the brownie batter.

Step4Bake at 350° F for 17-20 minutes or until brownies are done. Let brownies cool completely.

Step5Remove brownies from pan by running a knife around the edges of each brownie. Place brownies on cookie sheet and top each with 3 mini marshmallows.

Step6Put brownies under the broiler for a few seconds and watch marshmallows carefully—they can burn quickly!

Step7Top each brownie with a Golden Graham™ cereal.
