Mini fudgy brownies topped with toasted marshmallows and Golden Grahams™ cereal!

  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Cooking spray
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Golden Grahams™ cereal

    Begin by gathering your ingredients.

    Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions.
  • 3
    Generously coat mini muffin tins with cooking spray. Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 full of the brownie batter.

    Bake at 350° F for 17-20 minutes or until brownies are done. Let brownies cool completely.

    Remove brownies from pan by running a knife around the edges of each brownie. Place brownies on cookie sheet and top each with 3 mini marshmallows.

    Put brownies under the broiler for a few seconds and watch marshmallows carefully—they can burn quickly!

    Top each brownie with a Golden Graham™ cereal.
