What’s the BEST part of a brownie? Yessssssss! The edges!
I mean, who doesn’t fight to have the edge pieces in the pan? We certainly do! Luckily there are only four people in our family, so we each get one.
I’ve got great news for you, though. I have a way for you to get an edge brownie piece EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Use mini muffin tins to get a brownie that has an edge all the way around while still having the fudgy center. Genius, right?
And I’ve added marshmallows and Golden Grahams™ cereal for a s’more factor. The perfect bite on a crisp fall night that will leave you feeling warm and toasty inside.
Yep, I upped my brownie game. And you’re gonna love it.
You’ll need Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix along with the ingredients to make them. Grab some mini marshmallows and Golden Grahams™ Cereal too.
Prep the mix following the directions on the box.
Mix it up. Refrain from eating—it’s hard, I know!
Fill the muffin tins with the batter (about 3/4 of the way) and bake ‘em up. Let them cool completely before popping them out of the pan.
Okay now seriously. They are PERFECT. These glorious little bites are EDGE BROWNIES. Fudgy on the inside, chewy on the outside. Just have one now. I won’t tell.
Now line them up on a cookie sheet and top each brownie with three mini marshmallows.
Pop them under the broiler for a few seconds—watch them carefully, they will burn fast!
Finish them off by topping each brownie bite with Golden Grahams™.
