Sparkling Piña Colada LaCroix™ Mocktail

At just two ingredients, it doesn’t get much simpler than this light and refreshing twist on the classic Piña Colada—but don’t let the low number of ingredients fool you. This non-alcoholic drink is sweet, flavorful and totally tropical!

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 6 oz (1/2 can) LaCroix™ natural sparkling water Coconut flavor
  • Pineapple wedge, for garnish (optional)

Steps

    Fill a hurricane glass with ice. Pour pineapple juice over top.
  • 2
    Pour in the LaCroix™ and gently stir to mix. Garnish with pineapple wedge, if desired.

    Tips for measuring: 1 tablespoon = 1/2 liquid oz 2 tablespoons = 1 liquid oz 4 tablespoons = 2 liquid oz = 1/4 cup
  • tip 2
    If you miss the creaminess of a regular piña colada, add in 1/4 cup of full-fat coconut milk (from the can) before pouring in the LaCroix™.

    Fresh pineapple juice is really great here! A whole pineapple should get you enough juice to make four of these mocktails, plus enough leftover fruit to garnish.
