One of the best things about a big turkey dinner is the leftovers that follow. Grab a can of Pillsbury™ Grands!™ biscuits and transform those leftovers into a cheese-filled turkey sandwich to rival all other turkey sandwiches. Dare we say these biscuit bites are tastier than the actual Thanksgiving dinner itself?

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers Original Biscuits (8 Count)
  • Turkey, cooked and chopped
  • Stuffing, cooked
  • Cranberry sauce, prepared
  • Cheese (your choice), shredded
  • Mayonnaise

    Bake the biscuits on a lined baking sheet in a 350° F preheated oven for 14 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.

    Cut the rolls in half and add the turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce in desired amounts. Top with shredded cheese and mayonnaise to taste.

    Place sandwiches back in the oven just a few minutes to heat ingredients and melt cheese. Serve immediately.

    This recipe is delicious on its own, but don’t be afraid to get creative with what you add to this sandwich. Greens like lettuce, spinach or arugula leaves, chopped green onions, fresh parsley or even thinly sliced green apples would be a delicious addition.
