This spice blend is great to have on hand. Add a pinch to savory dishes for a bit of complexity, season proteins with it, or use in Indian recipes.

Ingredients

Directions

  • 1 Toast spices in dry skillet until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Be sure not to burn!
  • 2 Grind spices in a coffee grinder, spice grinder, blender, food processor, or mortar and pestle.
