Want to make a Pumpkin Spice Latte at home? It all starts with this easy spiced pumpkin coffee syrup. Make a batch and keep in the fridge to indulge your fall coffee drink cravings.

Ingredients

cups water
1 1/2
cups sugar

whole cinnamon sticks
1/2
teaspoon ground ginger
1/2
teaspoon ground cloves
1/2
teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

tablespoons pumpkin butter

Directions

  • 1 Combine water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
  • 2 Add cinnamon sticks, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. Stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 3 Add pumpkin butter. Stir to combine.
  • 4 Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Strain spices and keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • 5 Add 1 to 2 tablespoons to a steaming cup of strong coffee or espresso and foamed milk.
