Ingredients

  • 4 jalapeños
  • 1 teaspoon black and yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Steps

    Slice the jalapeños into thin rounds.
  • 2
    Place jalapeños, garlic, mustard, salt, and sugar into a jar.
  • 3
    Bring vinegar to a boil. Pour into jar. Let sit 3 hours. Serve
  • 4
    This can sit in the fridge for a few weeks.
