Tiramisu with Cookie Crisp

No need to hunt around the store and cross your fingers that you'll find yourself a batch of ladyfingers! This delicious tiramisu parfait calls for Cookie Crisp™. So good, it's downright naughty!


cups heavy whipping cream
cup instant toffee-flavored coffee powdered drink mix
cup rum
ounces cream cheese or mascarpone cheese, softened
cup sugar
cups Cookie Crisp™ Cereal
cup grated dark chocolate
Raspberries or cranberries & mint leaves for garnish


  • 1 In an electric mixer, beat together the cream, coffee powder, rum, cream cheese, and sugar, until light and fluffy.
  • 2 Spoon a small amount of the cream mixture into the bottom of four wine glasses.
  • 3 Top with a layer of Cookie Crisp™, then another layer of the cream mixture.
  • 4 Sprinkle grated chocolate on top of each wine glass.
  • 5 Cover tightly with plastic wrap and allow the desserts to sit in the fridge overnight. Though you can serve them right away, preparing them the day before allows the Cookie Crisp™, to soften to a cake-like consistency, just like ladyfingers!
  • 6 Garnish if desired. Serve and enjoy.

Welcome the new year in with this cuh-razy gorgeous Tiramisu. Just a little boozy, just a lotta fabulous!

Tiramisu is served at all the fanciest restaurants, but that doesn't mean you have to pay restaurant prices to get a bite of this indulgent dessert.

Holiday Tiramisu Recipe

Loaded with coffee and rum, this creamy delight is a snap to make, made even snappier by our quick switch out for one of the classic ingredients.

Toss some cream cheese into your electric mixer. You'll want to make sure it's softened so your tiramisu comes out creamy and delectable.

Add some heavy cream, rum, and a good bit of powdered instant coffee. I used the a toffee flavored cappuccino and it was to die delish!

Use a potato peeler to grate a bar of dark chocolate into pretty little pieces.

Grab yourself a box of Cookie Crisp. "Cookie Crisp?" you ask. Why yes! Rather than hunting down ladyfingers, the traditional cakey layer in a tiramisu, you're going to go quick, easy, and fab with a box of cereal. Tastes just as good as the original, I promise!

Cookie Crisp for Tiramisu Recipe

Layer a little of the cream mixture, a bit of the Cookie Crisps, then more cream. Top plentifully with grated chocolate then cover tightly with plastic wrap and allow your tiramisu to sit in the fridge over night. This will give time for those Cookie Crisps to…well…turn into cookie ladyfinger cakes. For reals! It will totally happen if you can be patient enough for the process.

Layering Tiramisu

Garnish if you want with a few fresh raspberries or cranberries, and a classy sprig of mint.
