Toasted Club Sub

Looking for a big, fat, hearty lunch. Or craze, mcdaze, wildly delish dinner? This easy toasted club sub has arrived big time Easy, tasty, totally quick!

Ingredients

tube Pillsbury™ Simply...™ refrigerated rustic French bread
1/4
pound sliced turkey
1/4
pound sliced ham
1
tube tomato, sliced
2
avocados, sliced
1
cucumber, sliced thin
6
strips precooked bacon
4
slices cheese (Cheddar, American, Swiss, Muenster, or Provolone)
1/3
cup bottled salad dressing (Italian, ranch, honey mustard, or Caesar)

Directions

  • 1 Cook Simply™ Rustic French Bread according to package directions.
  • 2 Once bread has been cooked, remove from the oven, but don't turn off the oven.
  • 3 Slice bread in half lengthwise, right down the middle of the loaf.
  • 4 Layer turkey, ham, tomato, avocado, cucumber, bacon, and cheese on the bottom half of the sandwich. Salt and pepper, if desired. Leaving it open-faced, transfer your load to a baking sheet.
  • 5 Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes, or just until the cheese is melted.
  • 6 Drizzle with salad dressing. Serve immediately.
