Alfredo sauce in an instant—no boiling or pot-watching required! The ingredient combination here is fairly versatile. Feel free to add more garlic or Parmesan, if desired. Or make enough to feed a crowd by doubling or tripling the ingredient quantities in your blender. A high-speed blender is recommended for this recipe. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

3-4 cloves fresh garlic, peeled
1/2
cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2
cups heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste

    Place all ingredients together in a blender. Puree just until mixture thickens. Serve on top of hot pasta or heat just until warm in microwave or on stove top and enjoy!

Expert Tips

For a smoother or thinner sauce, blend in a small amount of chicken broth, if desired.
