A fun, no-bake dessert made from angel food cake. I got this recipe from church friends celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary -- it is one of their favorite desserts.

  • 16 ounces sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces light whipped topping
  • 8 ounces light cream cheese
  • 1 angel food cake, cut into bite sized cubes

    In medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, whipped topping and powdered sugar. Gently fold in angel food cake cubes.

    Pour and spread mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with sliced strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
