Avocado Hummus

This creamy, mild dip is a perfect combination of hummus and guacamole. Perfect when paired with veggies & Food Should Taste Good™ chips!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 large avocado, peeled and coursely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lime (for garnish)
  • Salt
  • 1 bag Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips

Steps

    Place garbanzo beans, avocado and garlic in a blender or food processor.
  • 2
    Add the olive oil a little at a time, until the hummus is well pureed. Add more olive oil, if needed, by the tablespoon to get the consistency just right.

    Salt to taste.

    Serve with Food Should Taste Good™ Multigrain chips & enjoy!
