Refresh your existence with a frozen lemonade. Spiked with liqueur and blended until slushy, this one is about to make your summer one to remember!

Boozy Frozen Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 4 cups prepared lemonade, chilled
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 cup limoncello, lemon vodka or lemon liqueur

Instructions

    Pour the lemonade into 2 ice cube trays. Store in the freezer overnight, or until frozen (at least 8 hours).

    One hour before serving, rim 2 wide-mouthed pint-sized Mason jars with lemon and sugar.

    To prepare, blend frozen lemonade cubes in a hi-speed blender with limoncello. Add sugar if extra sweetness is desired. If mixture needs to be thinned, add a small amount of chilled lemonade until preferred consistency is reached.

    Garnish with sliced lemon. Enjoy immediately.
