Bisquick™ makes these adorable bunny butt pancakes easy-peasy for Easter breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Whipped cream
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Chocolate chips

Steps

    In a large bowl, stir together Bisquick™, milk and eggs until just combined.

    Ladle batter onto a hot greased griddle or skillet, making 4 large circle-shaped pancakes (for the butt) and 8 small egg-shaped pancakes (for the feet). Cook until edges are dry and bubbles begin to form on top; flip and cook until golden.

    Arrange pancakes on a plate so it looks like a bunny butt. Place a dollop of whipped cream in the center of the large pancake for the tail; garnish the small pancakes with strawberry slices and chocolate chips for the feet.
