More About This Recipe
  • Just when you think there’s no way another to-die delish, must-make recipe could ever be created, here comes Cookie Butter-Stuffed Brownie Bites. I apologize ahead of time to your diet.

Here’s the ingredient lineup for this easy peasy brownie upgrade. Premade Betty Crocker® brownies makes quick work of the batter making. And the cookie butter? Well, it’s now blessedly available at most grocery stores. Buy. Open. Spoon. Prepare to bake.

Follow the recipe instructions to prep a thick and creamy batter. Then drop the batter into a well-greased (or cupcake wrapper lined) mini muffin tin.

Top with a 2-teaspoon scoop of cookie butter.

The finish it all off with a final blanket of batter. Don’t overfill the cups, lest they become incredibly mushroomy looking and hard to remove from the pan.

Time to get your sprinkleage on. If you desire, add a little pile of chocolate jimmies atop each brownie.

And now, bake. And wait. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it.

Once the brownies come out of the oven, allow them to cool slightly before gently removing from the muffin pan and sinking happy teeth into each tiny bite.

Breaking your New Year’s diet plans has never been so delicious!
