More About This Recipe

  • Oops. Were you still trying to keep your New Year's Resolutions? I'm sorry.

With Valentine's Day around the corner I couldn't help but make a decadent, gooey treat. These Reese's Puffs Brownies are milk chocolate brownies swirled with peanut butter and topped with Reese's Puffs cereal. Consider it a tribute to one of the most famous couples of all time; chocolate and peanut butter.

The peanut butter is what puts these brownies over the top. Just melt some peanut butter in the microwave and add dollops of it on top of your brownie batter. Take a knife and gently swirl the peanut butter through.

Sprinkle the top with Reese's Puffs cereal which is the perfect crunchy compliment to the soft brownie.

You want to slightly press the cereal down, so that it sticks to the brownies when baking.

After they've baked and cooled, we're going to add a chocolate drizzle to send this dessert into overdrive. You could use melted chocolate chips, but what works even better is a little melted frosting.

These are a leave-a-knife-in-the-pan kind of brownie. You know... where the whole family sneaks pieces until the last brownie is left. And then no one will touch the last piece because they don't want to get caught!
