Cranberry Orange Pie Jello Shot

Ingredients

cup cranberry juice
1
box (3 oz) Jell-O™ orange
1
packet unflavored gelatin
3/4
cup orange vodka
1
can (16 oz) whole cranberry sauce

    Lightly spray pie mold with baking spray.

    In a medium saucepan, bring the cranberry juice and whole cranberry sauce to a boil.

    Transfer to a medium mixing bowl and pour in the gelatin. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

    Stir in vodka.
  • 5
    Pour into molds. Save a little room for the cranberries. From the bottom of the pan, spoon in the cranberries.

    Refrigerate. Once firm, carefully remove from molds. If they are hard to remove, dip, (DO NOT submerge) into a pan of warm water.

    If desired, top with whipped cream and orange zest.
