Creamy Cilantro Hollandaise Sauce

This easy Hollandaise sauce is as creamy as can be, and gets a flavor boost from tangy cilantro and a dash of taco seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoons butter
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

    Place butter in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat until boiling.

    Place egg yolks and salt in blender. Turn the blender on medium and slowly add the boiling butter to the egg mixture, adding just a bit of the butter to temper the eggs before adding more, and blending until thick.

    Add taco seasoning, sour cream and cilantro. Blend until smooth and serve over eggs Benedict or steamed veggies while still hot.
