Expert Tips

  • Experiment with other fresh fruits and flavors. If you like berries, freeze strawberries, raspberries and blueberries and infuse those in water for two hours. Fresh mint steeped in cold water is a refreshing way to enjoy your H20 intake on a hot day. Experiment with different flavor combinations, too -- like strawberries and lemons or mint and lime. As you do this more, you'll find the flavors, combinations and amounts that are you enjoy most!
