Easy Pineapple Slaw

We’re calling it! This is the slaw of summer. With its fresh, tropical twist on ordinary coleslaw, this pineapple version is slightly sweet and perfectly tangy. In other words, we’re putting it on everything—including (but not limited to) our Instant Pot™ Kalua Pork Sliders.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 oz) shredded cabbage (about 4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 3/4 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

    In medium bowl, toss all ingredients with tongs to completely combine.
