Made with yogurt and pecans, and iced with sweet powdered-sugar frosting, these cookies are perfect for a coffee break or dessert.
FROSTING: Melt 1/2 cup butter and add to 3-1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar. Stir. Add 5 tbsp boiling water. Stir until smooth. Add 1 tsp vanilla. Frost each cookie, immediately adding a pecan half if desired. (If frosting becomes hard to work with, add additional boiling water, a tsp at a time.)
