Ingredients

pounds fresh shredded potatoes (in the refrigerated section of your grocery store)

cups crushed Total™ cereal
1
can Cream of Chicken soup
2
cups sour cream
2
cups grated sharp cheese
2
tbsp dried onion
1/2
cup melted butter
salt and pepper

    Mix shredded potatoes, Cream of Chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, and dried onion, and spread into a 9x13 pan.

    Top with crushed cereal and melted butter.

    Bake at 350° F for 30-45 minutes or until crisp on top.
