A super easy recipe to turn ordinary chicken breasts into something more exciting. Better yet, the skewers cook in about 5 minutes on the grill.

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 can (10 ounces) frozen margarita mix, thawed
  • 2/3 cup tequila
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chicken seasoning

    Place chicken, margarita mix, tequila, cilantro and chicken seasoning in a large resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out the air and seal. Toss and turn the bag to combine the ingredients. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.

    Preheat grill to medium. Remove chicken from the marinade. Thread each piece of chicken onto a metal or bamboo skewer. Cook skewers for 2-3 minutes per side on grill, or until meat is cooked through.
