Ingredients

Crust:

(11 oz.) pouch Nature Valley™ Oats 'n Honey Protein Granola

tablespoons salted butter, melted

tablespoons brown sugar

Whipped Cheesecake:

oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2
cup sugar

tablespoon lemon juice
1
cup heavy whipping cream, cold
Green food coloring

    To make crust, add granola into a food processor and mix until it’s a fine crumble. Pour crumbs in a bowl and add melted butter and 3 tablespoons brown sugar. Mix until thoroughly combined. Divide the crumbs into 10 (4 oz.) canning jars and press it to the bottom of the jar with a spoon. Set aside.

    To make filling, cream the cream cheese in a mixer on medium speed. Add sugar and lemon juice and blend until smooth. Add heavy whipping cream and mix. Add green food coloring 2 drops at a time until the desired color is achieved, then continue to beat.

    Spoon whipped cheesecake mixture into a piping bag and pipe it on top of the crusts in each jar. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
