Juice of 1 lemon

cup white onion, peeled and diced

cup Progresso™ Vegetable stock (chicken or beef broth also okay)

cup fresh basil leaves or cilantro, tightly packed
Salt, to taste

    Place all ingredients together in a blender. Puree for 1-2 minutes, until very smooth.

Expert Tips

  • For a smoother or thinner sauce, blend in more broth, until desired consistency is reached.
