Sundried Tomato Basil Hummus

This easy hummus is awesome with whole wheat crackers or chopped veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.-oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 8 sundried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  • 1
    Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container.

    Store in the refrigerator and eat within one week.
