Ingredients

cup butter

cup sugar

cup brown sugar, packed

cup creamy peanut butter

large egg

teaspoon soda

teaspoon salt

cup peanut-butter and chocolate swirl baking chips (or milk chocolate or semi-sweet)
1 1/2
cup powdered sugar
1/4
cup creamy peanut butter
3
tablespoons baking cocoa
4
tablespoons milk

    Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick baking spray.

    With an electric mixer, cream butter and sugars. Add 1/3 cup peanut butter and blend well. Add egg. Add soda, salt and flour, beating until well blended. Stir in baking chips.

    Press dough into prepared pan. Bake at 350° F for 17 - 22 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on rack 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, in small bowl, prepare frosting: Cream powdered sugar and 1/4 cup of peanut butter. Add 3 tbsp milk and blend until smooth. Reserve 1/3 cup of frosting mixture and set aside. To remaining frosting, add baking cocoa and remaining tbsp milk. Mix until smooth.

    While bars are still warm, frost with chocolate frosting. Drop peanut butter frosting by walnut-sized balls onto chocolate frosting and swirl with a knife or small spatula. Marble it as much or as little as you'd like. Allow bars to continue cooling until frosting is set.
