Ready to get on board? You're not going to believe how easy these burgers are to make. Plus, prepare yourself to be astonished at how we keep the calories low and the flavor fab! There's a secret in the sauce!

Take an 8-ounce carton of baby bella mushrooms into a food processor with 3 garlic cloves and a small slice of onion. Pulse until finely chopped.

This is how your mushrooms should look before you toss them into a hot skillet.

Cook the mushroom mixture in your skillet over medium-high heat until they are softened. You'll notice some water settling into the bottom of your pan. Keep cooking until most of that moisture has steamed off.

Toss your mushroom mixture into a large bowl with 1-1/4 pounds of extra-lean ground turkey. Add a bit of salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.

Form the turkey and mushroom mixture into 6 even-sized balls, then press into 1/2" - 3/4" burgers.

Toss your burgers onto a grill pan and cook until done throughout.

Serve your turkey burgers on 100-calorie burger thins. Top with tomato, onion, lettuce, and a tablespoon of light mayo for a dinner that rings in at less than 300 calories per serving! Now that's something you can sink your teeth into!
