Zombies are known for two things: loving brains and moving slowly. While this sweet-tart cocktail won’t give you a craving for cerebral matter, we can’t make any promises that it won’t slow you down the morning after you’ve thrown a few back. It’s known as the Zombie because it’s full of booze, making it a fun concoction for Halloween as well as all year long.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce white rum
  • 1 ounce golden rum
  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • 1 ounce apricot brandy
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce Bacardi™ 151
  • Orange slice, pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish, if desired

Steps

    Add all of the liquors into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake to mix and chill.
  • 2
    Add ice to a tall tumbler glass. Strain cocktail mixture into the glass over ice. Top with the Bacardi 151.
  • 3
    Garnish rim with orange slice, pineapple wedge and cherry. Serve immediately.
