Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimmed
  • 1 bottle (12 oz) Annie's™ Naturals organic sweet & spicy BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Steps

    Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.

    In slow cooker, mix chicken, 1/4 cup of the BBQ sauce and the mustard. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until chicken easily shreds with fork.

    Remove chicken to medium bowl; discard cooking liquid. Use 2 forks to shred chicken, and return to slow cooker. Add remaining BBQ sauce, and stir. Cover; cook on High heat setting 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through.
