When you scoop up one of these crescent rolls wrapped around peanut butter cheesecake mousse, chocolate chips, toffee bits, and a big marshmallow. With each bite you'll find decadent hot fudge sauce, caramel sauce, and even peanut butter cups.
Decadent? Yes, indeed!
To put this dessert over the top, add big scoops of your favorite ice cream in the center of the ring before serving. Your loved ones will thank you for it.
You'll love how easy this dessert is to create. Start by unrolling a tube of crescent dough onto your work surface.
Beat cream cheese, marshmallow fluff and peanut butter until fluffy and spread it over the crescent dough.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons toffee bits over top, then line up marshmallows along one long edge of the dough.
Roll up dough around the marshmallows.
Continue to roll into a long log, then place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Once the log has chilled, remove it from the freezer and use a serrated knife to cut the log into 14 slices.
Arrange the slices on a cookie sheet in a circle, leaning each slice against the previous one. Tuck the last slice under the first to complete the ring.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through, until the crescent dough turns golden brown and the marshmallows are melted and toasted.
Remove and allow to cool slightly.
Sprinkle on 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, tiny marshmallows, and remaining toffee bits and drizzle hot fudge and caramel sauce over top.
Allow to cool a bit longer, then top with chopped peanut butter cups.
Use a cake lifter to move the ring to a serving platter. This is a bit tricky and is best done with a second pair of hands.
If desired, fill the center of the ring with your favorite ice cream, drizzle on more chocolate and caramel sauce and serve.
