Cream soups are yummy and just what you need for tasty casseroles and other comfort foods. The good news is that they are really easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups soup stock
  • 2 cups milk

Steps

    Melt the stick of butter in a large pot.
  • 2
    Slowly stir in 1/2 cup of flour.
  • 3
    Once that is mixed and bubbly, gradually add two cups of stock and then two cups of milk.
  • 4
    Warm the combination over medium heat until hot, thick and creamy.
