More About This Recipe

  • A fresh twist on the original, this DIY Cucumber Ranch Dressing is delicious drizzled over wedge salads, tossed with romaine or served as a summertime dip. The flavor is very similar to traditional ranch, with the added cool kiss of cucumber, for a garden-fresh version of the classic dressing. Pair it with any hearty lettuce and serve alongside grilled meats and veggies. It goes nicely with all of the best summertime produce, like grilled corn, fresh sliced tomatoes and just-picked carrots.
