Take breakfast to a whole new level with this incredible (and incredibly easy!) breakfast pizza, featuring a crusty Pillsbury™ pizza base, bacon, tomatoes, avocados and eggs baked right up top. Delish!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Thin Crust Pizza Crust
  • 10 slices cooked thick-cut bacon
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 avocado, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

    Preheat your oven to 400°F. Open the Pillsbury™ pizza crust and spread it onto an ungreased baking dish. Slightly roll edges of dough to form crust.

    Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the olive oil onto your pizza crust. Lay bacon pieces over the crust, and sprinkle tomatoes over the top. Crack 6 eggs all around the pizza crust. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

    Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges of the crust are golden brown and the eggs have cooked to your preference.

    Remove from the oven, place avocado slices all over the pizza, and drizzle with final tablespoon of olive oil. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired. Enjoy!
