More About This Recipe
  • The simple fact of the matter is that sometimes you need a whole entire chocolate cookie all to yourself. You need a cookie that’s as big as your face. You need a cookie that is loaded with melty, gooey chocolate. You need a cookie that only takes about ten minutes and a few ingredients to make. Yes, this cookie is for those kinds of emergencies. You can’t convince me that you don’t have them. If you do, you’re either a very good liar or blessed with some kind of supernatural luck. A brownie box mix is the secret to these giant chocolaty cookies. It makes them super easy and super delicious. And let’s all be honest, whenever we make homemade brownies, we’re usually trying to make clones of our favorite box mix. So let's just start there and save the fuss. So mix up the brownie mix, add some extra cocoa and chocolate chips, and make 'em into big -- VERY big -- cookies. Bake, bake, bake. Cool, cool, cool. Then eat, eat, eat. Doesn't get much chocolaty-er (or easier) than this, my friends! Enjoy!
